As a partner with National Grid’s Code Compliance Enhancement Initiative, Stephen Turner Inc. will lead a tour of Brown University's BERT project. The project included complete renovation of the existing 55,000 sf, four-story, Hunter Lab building. The project is predicted to reduce annual site energy by more than 25%. Energy efficiency measures include interior spray foam insulation, HVAC energy recovery, chilled beam, radiant heat, reduced light power densities, and automatic occupancy & daylight dimming controls.
